• Assists in the selection of and training of new cashiers as well as taking the necessary steps for disciplinary actions, which include directly administering discipline or participating in disciplinary actions. 

• Alleviated store crises including customer complaints, theft and operational issues.

• Evaluated customer information to explore issues, develop potential solutions and maintain high-quality service.
  Conduct special requirement inventories/audits as directed by store management.

• Store management functions included sales goal achievement management.

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers; proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills; ability to read, write and count.
